How to use:
1. Always inspect your resistance band prior to use.
2. Select the band appropriate for the level of proficiency you have in the activity you're doing. A physical therapist or personal trainer can help in this decision.
3. Loop the resistance band around your arm, leg, wrist, ankle, foot, thigh, knee, or shoulder and another appropriate body part or sturdy object. Using the loops alongside the Fit2Live ab wheel, for example, can tone your butt and/or shoulders.
Never release a resistance band or loop under tension, and avoid twisting the band. In general, you should perform the exercise in the same way your would without an exercise band for safety purposes, though it's often advisable to reduce your speed on the way to and from a complete flex.
