How to use:
1. Always inspect your resistance band prior to use.
2. Step into the resistance band and pull up to about halfway between your knees and butt for squats.
Never release a resistance band or loop under tension, and avoid twisting the band. In general, you should perform the exercise in the same way you would without an exercise band for safety purposes, though it's often advisable to reduce your speed on the way to and from a complete flex.
